Azpilicueta wants calm Chelsea heads for Tottenham game

Cesar Azpilicueta has urged his Chelsea team-mates to keep their discipline against Tottenham at Wembley on Sunday, reports the London Evening Standard.

Chelsea have had a man sent off on their past two visits to the stadium - Victor Moses in the FA Cup Final defeat by Arsenal in May and Pedro in the Community Shield loss to the same opponents this month.

He told Standard Sport: "If you see the last season when we were champions, we didn't get a red card until the FA Cup Final and now we have had one in the Community Shield and against Burnley.

"When we are down to 10 men it is really difficult so we have to learn from this and hopefully we can do something on Sunday.

"We know it is difficult 11 against 11 in this League so obviously when you are 10 against 11 it is even harder."
