Cesar Azpilicueta has welcomed Spain teammate Cesc Fabregas to Chelsea.
The former Arsenal captain clinched a £27m move to the Blues last week after putting pen to paper on a five-year deal.
"I have congratulated him and I am very happy because we have signed a great player who is going to help us grow a lot collectively," Azpilicueta told El Mundo of the former Barcelona midfielder.
"I haven't had to tell him much about the Premier League because he knows English football perfectly."
