AZ keeper Romero in Manchester City sights

AZ Alkmaar goalkeeper Sergio Romero is in the sights of Manchester City.

The Sun says Romero is wanted by City as a replacement for Shay Given, who is moving to Aston Villa today.

Romero would arrive at Eastlands as cover for No1 Joe Hart.

City have also allowed keeper David Gonzalez to join Aberdeen on-loan for the new season.
