AZ Alkmaar expect to sell Vincent Janssen to Tottenham today.
De Telegraaf says AZ are demanding €22 million plus a hefty percentage of any sell-on fee.
And they're confident Spurs will meet their asking price after West Ham made their interest known this week. The Hammers' approach has kicked Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy into action.
It's suggested Janssen will travel to London today for a medical and his signing ceremony is slated for Monday.
The Dutch striker has also been working the deal at his end, having rejected an offer from Wolfsburg to keep himself free to join Spurs.
