Galatasaray president Unal Aysal admits they'd like to sign Arsenal striker Joel Campbell.
But Galatasaray will not move for the Arsenal winger unless Arsene Wenger reverses his decision to retain him.
"Joel Campbell is an excellent, young, promising player," he said. "However, Arsenal have not transfer listed him and won't let him leave so there is nothing we can do.
"We will be making transfers before the end of the transfer window and strengthening the squad. We have areas we need to strengthen going into the new season."
