Axed Birmingham City chief scout Paul Montgomery is set to pop up at Alex McLeish's Aston Villa.
The Mirror says McLeish plans to bring his backroom team like Peter Grant with him from Birmingham once compensation is agreed for their services.
McLeish is also poised to link up again with ex-City scout Montgomery.
