Jack Wilshere believes it is a major benefit that Arsenal do not have to worry about Champions League qualifiers this season.
The Gunners finished third on the Premier League table last term, enabling them to move straight into the group stage proper of Europe's premier club competition, which midfielder Wilshere suggests it a massive plus ahead of the 2015/16 campaign.
He told Sky Sports News HQ: "Without a European qualifier, which is often a season-definer, it gives you more time to prepare for the first game in the Premier League so you can concentrate on getting a good start.
"We know about February-March, when we are always strong, so if we are in a good position then we should be alright."
