Andre Villas-Boas will arrive at Tottenham with plans to immediately sign Internacional midfielder Oscar. AVB was in Brazil last month on a scouting trip in preparation for his next job and was impressed by the 20 year-old.
The Guardian says the former Chelsea boss is keen to close a deal for Oscar, who would be playing for QPR if not for a failed work permit application last season.
