Zenit St Petersburg coach Andre Villas-Boas wants to tempt England U21 defender Eric Dier to Russia.
The Sporting Lisbon centre-half had a short spell on-loan with Everton and has been watched by Manchester United, Newcastle United and Arsenal this season.
Izvestia says former Tottenham boss AVB is hoping to convince Dier to continue his career at Zenit this summer.
The Russian giants are planning a €4 million bid for the 20 year-old.
