AVB tips Tottenham's Adebayor to rediscover free-scoring ways

Tottenham striker Emmanuel Adebayor will find his scoring form again says Andre Villas-Boas.

The Togo international has scored just three times in 24 outings for Spurs this term after a successful season loan from Manchester City last campaign in which he found the back of the net on 18 occasions.

Ahead of Tottenham's Europa League Round of 32 second leg in Lyon tomorrow night, Villas-Boas was extremely positive about Adebayor again becoming a scoring powerhouse in North London.

"He can still be the player we saw last season," said the Spurs boss.

"We're trying to unlock the best out of the player. Last year shows as an example for what we're trying to get out of him.

"Strikers live off goals and we're doing everything we can to try and unlock his full potential."
