Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas has again insisted he won't change tactics to accommodate a flagging Fernando Torres. Torres' Chelsea future looks bleak after Villas-Boas ominously warned he won't tinker with his tactics just to spark him into life.

He said: "Not on the way I put things together, not in a team basis.

"He is trying hard. I think everybody is desperate for him to score.

"Everybody pushes him, praises him in training and it will come with him getting opportunities.

"His confidence is low but we will have to continue to persist with our belief in his talent."
