New Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas is on a massive incentive-based contract.
The Sun says AVB has been guaranteed a bonus scheme that could net him a further £3m above his annual £4m-a-year salary.
Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has taken a monumental gamble on Villas-Boas after firing Harry Redknapp last month.
But he believes the Portuguese boss - who won the Europa League with Porto - will be able to lead the White Hart Lane club to glory too.
Under his bonus scheme, Villas-Boas will earn £500,000 for securing a Champions League place but that would rise to around £1.5m if he won the title.
Cup success would bring in an extra £1.5m.
