Australia and Croatia will meet in a friendly a week out from this year's FIFA World Cup.
The Croatian Football Federation (Hrvatski Nogometni Savez) has confirmed on its official website that the Vatreni will take on the Socceroos in Brazil on June 6.
A venue for the match, which will take place less than seven days before hosts Brazil take on Croatia in Sao Paulo in the first World Cup game, is yet to be set.
"Croatia and Australia will play a friendly match on 6 June 2014 in Brazil, which will be the final game for both national sides before the World Cup,'' the HNS website said.
"The venue will be confirmed at a later date.''
Croatia have been drawn in Group A for the tournament proper where they will meet Brazil, Mexico and Cameroon while the Socceroos will tackle Chile plus reigning champions Spain and runners-up Holland in Group B.
