Newcastle United's Aussie midfielder Brad Inman is playing for his future on Tyneside.
The Adelaide-born teenager's contract is up at the end of the season but he caught the eye with two howitzers in the Northumberland Senior Cup last night to dispose of Ashington 2-0.
Inman told the Evening Chronicle: "Every game we play we know either the manager or his staff are here.
"Obviously we know we are getting judged every performance and it's good to get two goals and hopefully push on from here. We train with the first team regularly and the aim is to catch the eye."
