Inter Milan chief Piero Ausilio says they see AS Roma as the club model to follow.
Ausilio admits the Nerazzurri are in transition under new president Erick Thohir.
"Roma are the reference model. I remember well the first two years after the change of owner and the disputes that followed," said Ausilio.
"Then through the market and good management we have seen a new Roma, but the club was already this before.
"Now Roma is a top of the league. I do not understand why people should ask Thohir to do something in such a short time."
