Fabio Aurelio has welcomed fellow Brazilian Diego Cavalieri to Liverpool.

The fullback told liverpoolfc.tv: "I know last season he was the second best goalkeeper in Brazil.

"He's a good goalkeeper so he's now got a good opportunity to show what he can do.

"We are trying to help not only Diego but Andrea and Philipp (Degen) settle in as well. We hope they can feel good in the dressing room and we all try our best to help everyone as best we can."
