Fabio Aurelio has urged Liverpool teammates not to turn on eachother.
Last night's 2-1 defeat to Lyon leaves them close to an early exit from Europe's top club competition.
And Brazilian left-back Aurelio said: "We knew this was a very important game for us and we needed to get a good result but it wasn't what we expected it to be. Everyone needs to be together and to try everything that's possible to change the situation we are in now.
"We have had this same situation in the past in this competition and we know we have three games we need to win to qualify. We are not showing the real Liverpool at the moment and we need to change that. We have to keep believing.
"The team has not changed a lot from the one that got 86 points in the Premier League last season and had a good campaign in the Champions League.
"We need to try to put things right to make it better in the future."
