Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has welcomed Sokratis Papastathopoulos to Arsenal.
Sokratis became Arsenal’s third signing of the summer after joining the Gunners in a deal worth around £18million.
His move from Borussia Dortmund means he will link up with former team-mates Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
Some members of the Arsenal squad returned to the club today for the start of pre-season and Aubameyang took the opportunity to grab a photo with Sokratis.
And in a post on Aubameyang’s Instagram page, both players are seen smiling with the caption: “Papaaaaaa welcome #sparta.”
