Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone would be prepared to offload Arda Turan for the right amount of money.
The 26-year old Turkish winger is the subject of interest from Arsenal and Liverpool and although Simeone is keen to keep him, the player's agent agent Ahmet Bulut indicated that the Spanish outfit may listen to offers.
"The club does not want to sell Arda. However, if we were to get an offer equal to his 24m buy-out clause Atletico should listen to such a proposal," said Bulut.
"Arsenal and Liverpool? A destination in the Premier League would be to the liking of the player and I can confirm there are clubs interested, like the two mentioned.
"At the moment there are no concrete offers, only enquiries."
