Atletico Paranense goalkeeper Norberto Murara Neto has completed his move to Fiorentina.

Neto has been likened to Inter Milan No1 Julio Cesar.

"I am very happy to be here," said the Brazilian. "I've been compared to Julio Cesar and it is very flattering, but I prefer to be known as Neto rather than the heir to someone else, even if it is a great goalkeeper.

"My idol is Claudio Taffarel. I'm ready to wait for my place in the team, because both Sebastien Frey and Artur Boruc are great goalkeepers.

"Even though I might not be playing much to begin with, I think being in Europe will help my chances with the Seleçao rather than hinder them."
