Atletico Madrid's Forlan rejected Man City offer

Atletico Madrid striker Diego Forlan has turned down an offer from Manchester City.

AS says Forlan, once of Manchester United, is reluctant to return to England, where he is also wanted by Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez.
