Fernando Torres has welcomed Diego Costa back to Atletico Madrid.

Costa completed his move from Chelsea on Monday.

"We are delighted because that's what he wanted and everyone who brings commitment is welcome," Torres said.

"He can't play until January and from now until then many things can happen.

"He wants to play, but from now until January there is a lot of time."
