Atletico Madrid are keen to continue their connection with the Simeone family.

AS says Atletico are following the progress of Diego Simeone's son, Giovanni Simeone, who is tied to River Plate.

Unlike his Dad, 16 year-old Giovanni is a striker and regarded highly inside Argentine football.

Diego is currently in charge of Catania in Italy, but has also been linked with Quique Sanchez Flores' job at Atletico Madrid this year.
