Atletico Madrid are threatening Manchester United's move for AS Roma striker Mirko Vucinic.

Vucinic's agent, Alessandro Lucci, has confirmed a round of talks with United about a move to England for the Montenegro international.

However, AS says Atletico want to lure Vucinic to England and have the cash power to beat United to the punch.

Atletico see Vucinic as a replacement for new Manchester City signing Sergio Aguero and plan to use the £38 million from his sale to land the Roma centre-forward.
