Catania coach Diego Simeone is being linked with the job at Atletico Madrid.

Quique Sanchez Flores is expected to leave Atletico at the end of this season.

And radio Cadena Ser says former Atletico captain Simeone has been house hunting in Majadahonda, suggesting he is already in talks about a return to the Madrid giants.

Simeone only took the post at Catania in January.
