AC Milan youngster Bryan Cristante is being lined up for a move to Spain.

Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone is a big fan of Cristante and has instructed his front office to sound out Milan about his availability.

The midfielder is desperate to launch his senior career and would be interested in moving to Madrid next month.
