Atletico Madrid are interested in Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko. The Daily Mail says the Spanish side are interested after City made it clear they were keen on their other target Alvaro Negredo of Sevilla.

Negredo is eager to join City where he would team up with a coach he admires Manuel Pellegrini and former teammate Jesus Navas, however, a transfer fee is yet to be agreed between the clubs.
