Malaga fullback Jesus Gamez has signed for Atletico Madrid.

Atletico have signed Gamez from Malaga on a three-year contract.

Atletico director of sport Jose Luis Perez Caminero told the club's official website: "Gamez is a right-back with quality and expertise that strengthens our defence and improves the verticality of the team.

"His versatility will allow us to variate our defensive plays and his experience will be useful to the group."
