Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo says they're ready to welcome home Liverpool ace Fernando Torres after being grouped together in the Champions League.

"The reality is that Torres is now with Liverpool and we must do our best when playing against him," said Cerezo. "Atletico gave a lot to him and Fernando also contributed much to this club.

"In football, these 'reunions' tend to occur and it will not be the first nor the last time this happens. We need to play well and overcome the group stage. Our duty is to qualify for the next round."
