Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo has dismissed criticism of his team.

Cerezo knows some pundits do not like the style of Atletico's football.

"Those who accuse us of playing in a violent way are without proof, they talk too much," said Cerezo.

"That is not so. We are not violent, we have a football team that plays very well and we have to defend our La Liga crown because we are the champions."
