Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo says Diego Costa is good enough to play for Brazil or Spain.
Costa qualifies for both nations.
"That depends on him. To us, he is good enough for international football," said the striker.
"First you have to get a call from the coach: the Spanish or Brazilian."
He added: "If I was (Spain coach Vicente) Del Bosque, I'd call him."
