Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo insists he's in the dark over talks with Lyon striker Fred.

Fred says his agents have spoken with Atletico sports chief Jesus Garcia Pitarch, but Cerezo insisted: "There are many players who want to wear the shirt of Atletico Madrid. I have not the slightest idea if there has been talks.

"All negotiations are led directly by the technical secretary."
