Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo is convinced they will win a trophy this season.

"Every year we go out to try and achieve something. This year we said that this team has to fight for the three competitions in which they play. We have built a major team, with great players," said Cerezo.

Among those "great players" is FIFA's new Young Player of the Year, Sergio Aguero, and Cerezo added: "In a couple of years he will be one of the world's best players. It's a source of great pride for Atletico that he has won this award."

On the winter market, he added: "This squad has enough quality, there's no need to tamper with it."
