Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo has revealed they're close to two new fullback signings.

Rennes defender Rod Fanni and Deportivo La Coruna's Luis Filipe are confirmed targets for Cerezo.

He said: "We are interested in both. We are trying to get good players and a good price. We should be proud, almost all the players we spoke to want to come to Atletico Madrid.

"I think it is near [the signing of Fanni], but I cannot tell you if he will be here tomorrow or in two months. We are in negotiations and we know how negotiations are."
