The Holland international is sure to be offloaded by Real this summer as they welcome midfield rivals Kaka and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Marca says Atletico have a massive £70 million transfer kitty and are ready to bid for Sneijder.
Inter Milan and Bayern Munich are also being linked with the Dutchman.
