Atletico Madrid are determined to add creativity to their midfield next season.

AS says Atletico have opened talks with Porto for Lucho Gonzalez and Werder Bremen over Diego this week.

Atletico won't sign both midfield schemers, but are determined to land one, depending on their respective asking prices.

Gonzalez appears the more likely signing and recently admitted: "Atletico are a great club. If they were to make an offer, I would happily accept."
