Atletico Madrid are preparing a bid for Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla.
The Daily Star says Atletico will make a £18m bid for Cazorla, if Koke leaves the club this summer.
According to reports in Spain, Atletico have put plans in place to contend with the potential exit of the 22-year-old during the close season.
Atletico manager Diego Simeone has made it clear, if Koke is to depart the Vicente Calderon Stadium, he wants Arsenal playmaker Cazorla as his replacement.
