Atletico Madrid are moving for Celta Vigo midfielder Borja Oubina.
Celta want £7 million for Oubina and have already rejected a £4 million offer from Villarreal earlier this summer.
Real Zaragoza are also keen, however, big-spending Atletico are now in the frame and are seriously considering meeting Celta's asking price.
