Atletico Madrid have sold midfielder Elias to Sporting Lisbon.
The Brazilian only moved to Atletico in January, but has been sold to Sporting for €8.85 million.
Elias was not in the plans of Atletico coach Gregorio Manzano for the new season.
The midfielder had joined Atletico from Corinthians for a fee of €7 million.
