Atletico Madrid have launched a massive bid for Valencia striker Rodrigo Moreno.

An €80m bid was tabled for Rodrigo this week and Onda Cero says the identity of the club involved is Atletico.

Rodrigo's deal carries a €120m buyout clause and for the moment he does not wish to leave.

Los Che coach Marcelino is also reluctant to lose the Spain international after arguably the best season of his career.

Atletico see Rodrigo as a replacement for Antoine Griezmann.
