Atletico Madrid have launched a bid for Bayern Munich midfielder Xherdan Shaqiri.
Calciomercato.com says Atletico have made an offer for the Switzerland international.
Atletico remain in the hunt for a new wing signing this week.
The Swiss is on the list of players who are being considered by sports director Jose Luis Caminero.
