Atletico Madrid are keeping tabs on Independiente striker German Denis.

Denis was a revelation last season in Argentina and attracted interest from both Spain and Italy.

Atletico are banking on their close relationship with Independiente, thanks to the deal for Sergio Aguero, to give them the inside-running for the prolific Denis.
