Atletico Madrid are ready to hand coach Javier Aguirre a new contract.
Yesterday's victory at Osasuna qualified Atletico for this summer's Intertoto Cup and a chance to reach the UEFA Cup.
Radio Marca says that's good enough for Atletico's board, which will hand Aguirre a new deal.
