Atletico Madrid have dismissed reports Chelsea will make a £50 million offer today for Sergio Aguero.

Atletico head coach Abel Resino said: "Aguero travelled with us (to Athens) to play and there is no chance of a sale.

"This rubbishes all the rumours that have been in the newspapers."

Club president Enrique Cerezo added: "We have not received an offer from Chelsea.

"This story happens each summer but our answer is always the same - Sergio will stay with us."
