Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone is delighted with their deal for Chelsea striker Diego Costa.

Costa is now finalising his move after the two clubs settled on a fee last week.

Simeone is happy to see the deal closed and declared: "We are happy that a player of his hierarchy has shown so much enthusiasm.

"He fought to return and that is admirable. I'm very happy.

"I hope he can get fit soon."
