Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone wants to ease the pressure on Antoine Griezmann.
Ahead of the Champions League tie with Qarabag, Simeone admitted he wanted his teammates to step up.
Simeone said, "I'm not just expecting Griezmann to deliver, I want us to continue on the path we are on, and for the team to continue growing; I want us to compete well and for the players to be aware of what the team needs in every game we play.
"We have to go in search of the game from kick-off.
"From the midfield forward Qarabag have very good players: their centre-forward, the right winger, Míchel... they are good at keeping possession of the ball. In football, you go through different situations in every moment and in every game. You can't avoid difficulties - it's a game, it's football, and the strongest team doesn't always look the most able. Both teams want to give their best and get a result."
