Atletico Madrid are set to join the race for Catania striker Maxi Lopez.
The former Barcelona forward has been put up for sale by Catania and is interesting AC Milan and Genoa in Italy.
New Atletico coach Diego Simeone is also keen and is seeking talks with Maxi's minders about the prospect of a return to Spain next month.
