Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone concedes they're in a form slump after their 1-1 draw with Eibar.

Los Rojiblancos conceded a goal in the 87th minute, but several minutes later the home side managed to level the match.

"I liked the game, as the team had chances to go ahead before half time," said Simeone.

"I leave with the feeling that we gave everything we could give, it's a moment to endure and to be strong."

Atletico youngster Borja Garces was the hero of the afternoon, after netting the equaliser in the final seconds of the match and Simeone only had positive words for him.

"Borja has been working with us since the end of the pre-season, he is a player who has already scored and he has the possibility of being a great goalscorer," Simeone added.

"He just needs to keep working.

"If he puts in the same work as the rest of the players, then his goals will arrive."
