Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone insists he's happy with his attackers after victory over Getafe.

Diego Costa and Antoine Griezmann played the entire 90 minutes for Atleti, but failed to get on the scoresheet.

"They are key players for us," he said.

"When they went down to ten I wanted to play them both because Getafe have suffered before.

"That's why I put on Thomas and Correa to strengthen our team."

Gelson Martins was an unused substitute, but Simeone says he will be an important player.

"It is clear he will be important in the future.

"We must have patience.

"There are many games and the important thing is that he does well when he plays and he will be fine if he keeps training like he is."
