Atletico Madrid coach Quique Sanchez Flores remains hopeful Sergio Aguero can make today's clash with Barcelona.

Aguero suffered a leg injury during last weekend's 2-1 win at Athletic Bilbao and was unable to make Atletico's Europa League trip to Aris Thessaloniki on Thursday, a match the Rojiblancos lost 1-0.

The Argentina international has not yet been ruled out of the visit of Barca though and has been named in a provisional 23-man squad for Sunday's match, with Sanchez Flores saying: "We're going to see if it's possible he can play but it's not been decided.

"If we have the slightest doubt he won't play. If he plays it's because he is feeling good."
